BEWARE! Make sure to get an "ALL INCLUSIVE QUOTE" These guys will give a quote, then when you book they will tell you there is a $195 booking fee. They fail to tell you it is in addition to the quote. Industry standard, according to five other brokerage companies, is the quote is all inclusive brokerage, transport, tolls, fuel, insurance, everything. But not these guys. It isn't until the vehicle is delivered that you discover the brokerage fee is in addition to the quote. They will tell you to refer to the booking order that says there are two separate fees. Nowhere does it say the booking fee is $195 and the delivery fee is $1,097 for a total $1,292. They are under handed and sneaky. Buyer Beware! The driver was also over a week late for the pickup. The broker said he would get us a discount for the delay but never did. We were quoted $1,097. We paid $195 when booked and upon delivery the driver demanded $1,100 and refused $1,097. The delivery company had never even heard of American Logistics. They were booked by a different broker. At this point, there is nothing to do but pay for the vehicle or else pay for a reload, storage and redelivery fee. Find a more trustworthy, upfront and honest broker. If you can actually find the actuall transport company, book with them and bypass the broker completely.
