Damages to Cadillac, American Dream Truck, Damages to Cadillac

They picked up my 2008 Cadillac Escalade from Arnold Palmer Cadillac in NC (who were the ones who arranged the shipping company "American Dream Truck") at their own leisure, and several days later it was delivered with damages (scratches) on the front and back bumpers, caused from chaining it. They tried to hid it by parking it very close to a building, suspecting that I wouldn't be able to walk around it and look at it closely. This all happened one and a half years ago and I am still trying to get the $1200.00 they owe me.
I have had several conversations with "Bonny," the owner of American Dream Truck, to get two quotes for the cost of repairing the scratches. (which I have done and provided her with) She informed me that she was going to pay for it herself as her deductible for her insurance (if she really ever had any???) would cost her more, and has given me every excuse in the book why she has not paid me yet. I have tried working with her on a payment plan, but all I have received are lies.
I would not use this company again if they were the last carrier in the country, nor would I recommend them to any one else. (not even my worst enemy.) Their "customer service" is non-existent.
I live in Canada, which makes it very hard to recapture money from some one in the US, but one day I WILL get paid, one way or another.

I dispute every aspect of this review other than the fact that American Dream Trucks, Ltd picked up and delivered a vehicle to Mr. Pfrimmer in October 2009…almost 2 YEARS AGO. American Dream Trucks, Ltd. (our carrier division) carries $250,000 in cargo insurance (much more than what is required) to handle any legitimate claim of damage during transit. No damage claim was ever filed with our insurance company by Mr. Pfrimmer. In my opinion his review now of a move that happened 2 years ago is a direct result of my refusing to move another vehicle for him last week. As a business owner and woman, I do not expect to be treated rudely, bullied, or in a threatening manner by any customer or potential customer.
