Most importantly, she followed up at every stage of the process to make sure that things were running smoothly. The carrier she selected (F&S Auto Carriers) provided courteous and on-time service (pick up in Connecticut Monday afternoon; delivery in New Mexico Saturday morning). At $1790 for two cars, price was definitely not a lowball, but you frequently tend to get what you pay for. If I had to ship a car tomorrow, I would definitely call American Dream to handle the transaction.
