UPDATE
I would like to point out that Larry Pishko is now lying, accusing me of double-booking a delivery. The delivery was scheduled to be by November 1st. I contacted him that day in concern that the pick-up person hadn't even been contacted yet. In response, he promised to "hurry a truck" that week. No calls or trucks appeared for the following week. I continued to make calls and emails (and have copies of the emails if anyone wants proof) and eventually -- after getting no responses for a few weeks -- told him to cancel it because I was contacting Better Business Bureau and booking with another agency.

November 22 I booked through MoverQuest (who so far has great communication) **That was the first time I booked with anyone else** I tried to be patient with Larry Pishko, but he showed his true colors when he refused to reply for WEEKS and then lies to try to protect himself. I'm not the first who has been taken advantage of, I just hope I was the last.

Absolutely DO NOT use his company.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I hired American Dream Auto Transport to deliver a recently purchased motorcycle (2003 Triumph Speedmaster) from Nebraska to Illinois. The quote was for $450 with $150 due as a deposit and reference number 113333-GD. In the quote I made clear that the motorcycle was available for pickup (in Nebraska) after October 15 and it was to be delivered to Illinois between October 25 and November 1, 2006. After the pickup contact (from whom I purchased the motorcycle) had not received any contact from Mr. Larry Pishko I began emailing Mr. Pishko expressing my concern in a civil manner.

He made one promise via email that he was sending a truck soon and would contact me when he knew the exact delivery date. However, that was the last I ever heard from Mr. Pishko. I called numerous times, leaving messages on his voicemail and also sent several emails. The messages grew more and more concerned, continuously asking Mr. Pishko to contact me as soon as possible and providing my phone number and email address, to eventually informing him that since he was ignoring my correspondence, I had hired another trucking company instead and that I was expecting a full refund of the deposit due to non-service.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and I encourage others who have been taken advantage of by Mr. Pishko to do so as well. American Dream Auto Transport has a poor record there, and honestly, with this type of "service" by ignoring customers and failing to deliver, I'm surprised they are still in business. I am now filing these complains over a month after I hired them. Larry Pishko has neglected any communication for nearly a month now.

The customer called and emailed his cancellation, the vehicle was not moving and he asked for a cancellation,no problem. I was researcing his order and found that he had "double Booked" with other companies, meaning basically that "He who gets there first wins". Not with me boy, check the terms and conditions on the website, they were checked and approved by a reputable lawyer and they are set in stone. Good try though, next time maybe you will try something a bit different. I guess we were not the first to get there.
