I was really really skeptical about using this kind of service to transport my car. I was thinking that it would be safer / cheaper / smarter to simply drive it cross country myself. But, considering the amount of stress I was under, I thought it wouldn't cause any harm to just get a quote. With a quote of $700, the sales rep let me know that a deposit was $190. I hung up thinking i'd never use this service UNTIL things got REALLY hectic with my hired movers. My drivers were late, damaged some of my furniture and caused me an excessive amount of stress. I then called American Direct back and put down my deposit on impulse hoping for something to ease my stress. I received a call back a short time and my whole experience went extremely smooth from there forward. The trucker was about an hour early, waited patiently, loaded my car, and took off. I met my 2007 Honda Accord across the country about a week later and it was in perfect condition. GREAT service. Will DEFINITELY use them the next time I move (which hopefully won't be for a while). Thank you Mark Jensen for following through on your promises of a good services.
