After signing an agreement. I called again for a pick up date. Mr. Jeffrey an broker that assisted me that day wants me to pay extra more even though I have already signed the first quote. I was very upset and greatly disappointed by the service I was given. Im tremendously disappointed with the company that have him as an employee. Sadly I have to sign the contract otherwise I wouldn’t get service that I needed.
I thought everything will go smoothly after the signing contract and talking with the broker l. but NO. It was supposed to be a door to door service so I expected that the drivers were suppose to pick up the car from home. However the trucker force my ill father to drop off the vehicle at a destination that the trucker chosen and made my ill father walk home on a very hot sunny day. No accommodations what so ever. No communication and no updates regarding about my vehicle that is being transferred from the west coast to east coast. I had to ask my father for the contact number for the trucker that is delivering my vehicle and called him for the status of my vehicle. Fortunately I get quick response. Finally when the trucker called and is expected to deliver on the day of. Rather than dropping off the vehicle on a location I provided due to me living in a military base. Instead of dropping the vehicle in a nearby location he had me walk to location that took me 2 hours to get to. Luckily I had fellow soldiers that willing to drop me off to pick my car.
Overall! I’m am greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services that this company provided. The only good thing about this company is it cheap of cost and luckily I have my car delivered. I WOULD NOT recommend this company due to its customer service and service I had experience.
