I used this service in October 2020 to transfer my sister's car to my mom. My sister died and her 2020 Dodge was her prized car. I paid for door to door service. I am unable to drive and my mother did not want to drive and she did not need any more stress and anxiety after my sister's unexpected death. The driver this company employed had an 18 wheeler and could not drive down either of our streets and I insisted he pick it up himself, which he eventually did. I called Chris L and told him the driver cannot do the same to my mom. Yet the driver did. Chris L just told me, "Don't worry." When the driver got to my mom's city, he called and said he could not drop the car off and my mom was extremely upset. He pushed her into picking up the car. I am appalled. Do not trust them. I asked for a refund for not getting the door to door service I paid for and have had no response.
