DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I called them about 3 weeks before the time I actually needed to get my car moved. After questioning them for about 30 minutes to be sure I completely understood exactly what to expect from the experience, Alec assured me that this would not be a problem and that I had nothing to worry about. I explained that I was moving completely across the country and needed to get the vehicle moved in a somewhat timely fashion, but was flexible with so much advance notice. After charging my credit card, I didn't hear from them for over a week until I followed up. At this point they told me that haulers sign on only a few days before actually picking up the vehicle. I called back after a few days of not hearing anything. I never got a straight answer except that I just needed to be patient. I then proceeded to call everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, to get an update without resolution. After the intended pick up date came and went, I finally called Alec and told him to forget about it and refund my money. His reply was simply "fine" and he hung up on me. Needless to say. I still have not received a refund and it has been nearly a month. What a horrible experience.
