Deposit Stolen - Refund not Forthcoming

These guys are just lairs period. They really after your deposit and provide a fake dispatch put fake notes in their system that they called customer. I repeat do not give them your financial information because they want to charge deposit without assurance of driver availability. They lied to me about dispatch about someone who was to pickup who never made it anywhere close to Utah. I have been trying to get my deposit back and the excuse is always the same,"the manager is at lunch or call back on Monday he is out of town". I'm like really, business must be that bad for them to be trifling customers like that.

All this in a bid to keep stolen deposit money. All they had to do was to issue a refund you know "give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar", but they wanted to hang on to my $125. Like anything else in life, there are always other means to get yours.

Once again, be warned, the fellas Jason and crew are in a rush to take your deposit and not render service and then deny a refund and hope you get frustrated and keep your money for nothing. Will be calling DOT on them.

BE WARNED - DO NOT GIVE FINANCIAL INFO OR JUST USE ANOTHER COMPANY NOT THESE SCUMBAGS.

Enock, Sorry to see your review on our company. I would like to start by saying, we do not take any financial information upfront. Enock, you point out that the manager is always out to lunch, but in reality it is the opposite. We are a family owned business and as potential customer can see we only have 3 names that appear on our reviews, Jason, Brett and myself, Mitch (owner). We are not here to keep anyone's money. However what he fails to mention is that we had sent out two companies to pickup up the truck and it was not ready to be released.
