Excellent Service!!!!

I spoke with Mitch a few times because my departure date kept changing. I then contacted him on Thursday October 18, 2012 and said my car would be available for pick up on October 19 until he could schedule a pick up. Mitch called me back in less than a half hour to see if I could release the car that night because there was a truck in the area. I was then promptly contacted by the truck driver who arranged to pick up my car at 9 pm. They called at 8 pm to confirm and was there early.

Mitch stated that they said my car would be at it's destination on Sunday no later than Monday. I thought he meant the following week, October 28, 2012. Imagine my surprise when I received a message on Saturday October 20, from the carrier stating that they would delivery my car on Sunday October 21 between 5-7 pm. They delivered the car at 6pm!!!

This was absolutely the best service I've ever received!! Mitch was pleasant and did not promise anything he did not deliver. He also told me to call him if there were any problems at anytime.

I would use them again and reccomend to anyone shipping across country. Definitely very professional and customer satisfaction is number one on their list.
