I had such a wonderful experience. My contact person Mitch was the absolute best. Prior to contracting Mitch, I had a horrible experience with a another company that promised to pick up and deliver my car within the timeframes I requested. The company lied to me and I was forced to cancel. I called Mitch and he worked with me all the way to the end to make sure my customer experience was the absolute best. Not only did he find a carrier to transport my car, he went over and beyond to make sure pickup and delivery went smoothly! I have never experienced customer service to this degree. My driver was amazing, polite, professional, and caring. If I ever have to transport my car again I will definitely use Mitch to conduct everything!
