I liked my customer service agent Mitch, he was very pleasant and helpful on top of that he was very persistant and never gave up on contacting me which I appreciated. However I did not like the driver that was assigned to pick up my vehicle, due to the fact that he was rude and late and
made me come meet him at a location that he wanted instead of trying to compromise and meet me at a mutual location. As well as making me wait in the heat while he inspected my vehicle. Where he could of just taken me back to my house first. I feel that for all of the money that I paid to have it shipped I should have received better pick up service.
