I contacted American Car Transportaton Company after a very frustrating experience with another broker. This was the first time we transported my father's car from Florida to Minnesota so I wanted it to be successful. When it became apparent that his car was not going to be picked up using the other company, I spoke with Brett Chencin, who listened to my situation and in a matter of two hours was able to locate a driver and arrange the car to be picked up three days later.
We were transporting our car during the busiest time of the year and Brett was able to locate a driver quickly and negotiate a realistic price for the car to be moved. We paid $1000 which was the going rate for cars going from Florida to Minnesota. All phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Every time I called either Brett or his brother answered the call. He followed up with me after the car was delivered making sure we were satisfied with delivery. Brett was able to turn around what started out to be a frustrating experience into a successful experience for my Father and his car. I highly recommend using American Car Transportation for their communication and their experience in the transport business, and most importantly a record of successfully transporting cars. We will definitely use them again.
