Mitch was patient enough to explain how the car transport industry works. The best part was that he first found me a driver, gave me his number, expected pickup date and time, expected delivery date and time. The vehicle was picked up and delivered and on time and in great shape. The one problem I had was that they being 5 star rated used a 1 star company to transport my car. But to my pleasant surprise the one star rated carrier is a great company. Writing another awesome review for the carrier. Cheers..Highly recommend this company and the carrier Coastal Auto Transport LLC.
