My situation was unusual in that I had a specific timeline in which I had to have my car picked up and delivered. The brokers/dispatchers tried to find a driver to fulfill my wishes. I was worried but they didn't seem to be too concerned....probably because they make arrangements like this every single day. The broker/dispatcher thoroughly explained the process. The driver was very punctual when he came to pick up my car. Although he was late in delivering the car, he phoned us to let us know. I would use this company again. Next time, I would give the broker/dispatcher a lot of advance notice and flexibility in delivery dates.
