Extremely Persistent and Rude

I would definitely not recommend this place at all. I did a general Google Search and they came up so I figured I would request a quote. This was a terrible decision.

I have been called SEVERAL TIMES A DAY by MULTIPLE members of this company. Since I work in an office, I am not able to answer/return calls during business hours. Therefore, I requested contact and a quote via email. At first I was contacted by Victor Perugia, whom gave me a quote that I was not satisfied with, especially because I have been offered a quote $300 less than what he had given me. Customer service with Victor was on point, I let him know that if he couldn't match the price, I wouldn't be working with the company. This review isn't because of Victor, it is because of another representative by the name of JASON HILL.

I let Jason know that I was already contacted by his company, and that I did not wish to do business because I had three other vendors whom were willing to offer me competitive prices. Jason emailed back:

"LOG IN ON THIS WEBSIDE AND LOOK FOR THE THREE COMPANIES THAT GAVE YOU THE LOW PRICE WWW.TRANSPORTREVIEWS.COM AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND SOEMNTHING GOOD."

1. All caps, is that really necessary?
2. How is this tactic going to make me change my mind about your company? It definitely didn't improve my overall impression, that's for sure.

So Victor, I applaud you. You did your job, and you took rejection well. Jason on the other hand, you need to work on your customer service skills.

For all you prospective customers, beware. I wouldn't use this company.
