Awful experience with hidden charges

This was the first time I used American Auto Transport to move my 2 cars out of state, and I was very disapointed at their service. I did not receive any call from the company to let me know what was the approximate pick up date so I could have someone stay at home on that day. I had to call them many times to find out what was going on. Then they gave me the track driver's cell phone number, but the driver never return my messages. Only 2 hrs before the pick up time, I received a call from the driver saying he was on his way to pick up the car. Since I am away from the pick up location, I had to have my friend gave the driver the keys. Without any explanation, the driver had my friend signed a form saying we had to pay an extra $300 (on top of the agreed $2100) when our cars arrive. They later says that we had too many boxes inside the cars, and if we refuse to pay the extra charges, they will deliver the car to a car pond. The menager Lou was very rude when we express our concern, and he said " I don't need any business from customers who keep me on the phone."
Although the driver was on time in picking up and dropping off the cars, but our overall experience with them was just terrible. I will not recommend anybody to use this company, and I don't believe a company like this should stay in business.
