I don't know why this place is still in business, but everyone who is working there must be on drugs or something. The representative who took down my order didn't understand the urgency and accuracy of my contract, and failed to give me the date of pickup when I have a plane to catch the next day. I had to cancel the contract because I had a plane to catch to move, and called 10 times to cancel and wrote email 4 times to ask for cancel confirmation. On the phone, the rep said it was cancelled, but it was never cancelled - I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Horrible experience!!! Then, what's worse is that they sent me email saying "how did your move go?" These people must be on drugs. After I went through all these on the phone and email messages, they cannot remember what went on. Obviously, this shows that they cannot remember anything they said to the customers (on contract or verbally) and they keep on making false promises to the customers to waste time.
DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY if you don't want your vehicle end up in some island in pacific - they won't remember what happened to your vehicles - very irresponsible people and business!!!
