I overpaid due to their error, never refunded me the money

I urge no one to use this company. Unfortunately, if I had done my research better online I would have found other bad reviews and many complaints on better business bureau site. The day my car was picked up the driver called me and said he is to get 200.00 for driving my car to 45min dropoff in seattle, this was incorrect. According to my contract and what Ralph Calla told me the pickup driver is only to get 125.00, I paid all american auto transport 200.00 and then matson would get 855.00 which totals to 1180.00 that I was quoted and have a signed contract for. Unfortunately, since they are on east coast that morning I couldn't get a hold of them cause I'm on west coast and driver said I'm not picking up your car unless paid 200.00 which is what all american autotransport told him he was suppose to get paid. So went ahead and paid him cause I needed him to pick up my car. I left several messages right away with company about this. Next day, Ralph Calla called and said was an error on their part and my 75.00 that I overpaid I would get back credited to my account in 48 hours.This was on June 30 and we have July 27 now. I have called so many times, answer I always get its sitting in accounting. I have made a complaint now with better business bureau. This company is really bad, customer service is awful, they don't explain the whole shipping process to you and when they say they will do something they don't do it. The supposedly manager that I spoke to there said she would call me back next day, guess what no response. I have proof of overpayment but yet they just feel like they don't owe me a refund. Please don't use this company, I surely have learned my lesson.
