We had contacted All American Auto Transport (AKA the worst company in the world) about moving my sisters vehicle from Alpine, Ca to Boston Ma. We were quoted $1000 for door to door service. She has spent the last 6 months as a traveling nurse in San Diego having everything she owned in her vehicle. Her assignment ended and she was to head back east 2 days before Christmas. Her car was supposed to be picked up in Alpine the day before she left which didn't happen. She was called by the driver and said it wouldn't be picked up until a day after she was to leave. She gave the keys to a relative and left on her scheduled flight. The next day she received a call from the worst company in the world saying that the driver would not pick up the vehicle in Alpine and that if she wanted the vehicle transported, that she would have to have it driven from Alpine to San Diego (30 min). That not being an option, we decided to try and terminate our agreement with All American and ask for our deposit back. At that point we were told that the $300 deposit was non-refundable. So they violate the terms of the contract and then keep your deposit. Keep in mind this entire time we are treated like complete jerks by TIna MIlls, Alex Whitaker, Clair Abrahams and Louis Molina. All claiming ignorance and all lying.

Looking back on it, I wish we would have just told them to keep the $300.

3 days later and after having to pay to have it transported to San Diego, the vehicle is finally picked up. We are told only after multiple phone calls and voicemails that the vehicle will be delivered by January 2nd.

No call on the 2nd, so we call on the 3rd...no response. Call again on the 4th. Again, nothing. We try every number and extension on the 5th, and still no response. We decided to call the state police and her insurance company at this point, and fianlly on the 6th we get a call saying the vehicle would be dropped off on the 7th at her house as agreed.

The 7th goes by with no call. We call first thing in the morning on the 8th and get no response.

Then on the 9th, today, she gets a call saying that if she wants her vehicle before Saturday the 12th, she'll have to drive an hour to Worcester, Ma.....and oh yeah, bring a certified check for $850 ($150 more than the agreed upon contract).

So not only did they not pick up and deliver the vehicle as specified in the contract, but now they are trying to charge her more for releasing it to her and there is nothing she can do about it.

So now I will spend the next 6 months trying to find other All American customer to try and organize a class action lawsuit. In the event that I cannot do that I will spend an eternity making life as misserable as possible for LIAR ALEX WHITAKER SCUMBAG CLAIR ABRAHAMS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN THE WORLD TINA MILLS AND THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGER LUIS MOLINA,

IF YOU CONTRACT WITH ALL AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT, Guaranteed Enterprises Inc, Cross Country Auto Transport or any of their other fake business names, you are dumb and deserve to get the lousy service you will undoubtly get.
