This company delivered the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I originally contacted them on 12/23 to arrange for vehicle pick up in Garland, TX on 1/7/2020 and delivery to Tempe, AZ on 1/9/2020. From the very beginning nothing went smoothly. They were supposed to send me a contract fort signature, but I never received. I had them send the contract to another email address. I signed and returned the contract with 30 minutes. I had to make 2 or 3 calls before finally receiving the contract. Last Thursday, I had not heard from them regarding a pick up time, so I was instructed to call customer service. I did not hear back from customer service, and their office is not open on the weekend. I called started calling first thing this morning, but never got a call back. I called the representative line, 6 times, 4 times I was told they would get back to me (they never did), so I called them again. Twice I was hung up on. Finally, I got a call from dispatch, and was told the driver was delayed, and the vehicle wouldn't be picked up until 1/9/2020. I told them that was not acceptable. Per their written contract, a deposit would be charged on my credit card when a driver had been assigned. As of today, no charges were run on my credit card, which indicated that a driver had never been assigned to my order. Per their written contract, I immediately informed them by email to cancel my order. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BTW; I spoke with George, Victor, and Chris.
