Wow, where to begin? I called AAR ten days prior to the day I was leaving El Paso to schedule a pickup. Leaving on May 23rd, I thought May 22nd would be a good day. At first, they seemed nice, but I sooned found that I was naive. When the vehicle was not picked up on the 22nd, I called on the 23rd. The customer service rep said the driver was stuck in NM and would be there on the 24th. This was a little inconvenient, but I told them I would leave the car at a friend's house. Guess what... The car wasn't picked up on the 24th either. I attempted to get in touch with the company NUMEROUS times. I called and left messages almost every day, but no one ever got back to me. When I finally got in touch with them, around the 4th of June, they said that they emailed me the contract and that I needed to sign it and fax it to them before they could pick it up. Number 1 - why didn't they mention a contract earlier, or contact me to tell me this? Number 2 - there was no contract in my email box or in my spam box. They lied to me AGAIN! I finally got the conract a couple days later. After I signed it and faxed it in to them, I called and they said it would be picked up the next day. Guess what... They lied AGAIN!!! Here it is on June 12th, and it still has not been picked up from El Paso. I called, once again, to the customer service to see what was going on. The woman I always speak to, Diane, was very rude and condescending, as she was in earlier conversations. I STRONGLY advise anyone thinking of using this business (and I use that word loosely), to look elsewhere. Avoid the stress and head aches of dealing with this incompetent company. If you want to ask me anything about my experience, PLEASE CALL ME!!!! 931-436-8313. My name is Caleb. If I'm putting my phone number on here, you know it had to be bad. But I'll do anything to help you, the customer, make a better decision than using AAR.

This order is not as complicated as the customer would make it seem. When we book an order we require that a contract be signed and sent back to us before we can ship a vehicle. We emailed this customer daily after they first contacted us to book. Every email request was sent back with a "read" receipt so we know that they got it. Howeverm they either deleted or just ignored our requests for a signed contract. When we finally did get in touch with them, and received a signed contract, it was already June 4th, we then assigned this to the next truck coming through, which was one week later. When my trucker called the customer he made arrangements to pick up the load, but in a cruel joke, the customer waited until the trucker showed up and then called us to cancel. They had booked with another company that had picked up earlier that day. They ended up wasting ours and our truckers time, not to mention costing a lot in lost fuel & time. Thenm they have the nerve to give us a bad review? I believe this is unfair, but all I can do is respond with our side. Thank you.
