The transport company was very professional in their dealing(s) with me. I have no complaints. At the point or origin, however, the seller of the vehicle did discuss a better way to tie-down the car. The driver for the transport company was open to his suggestions, and adjusted accordingly. During the actual transport of the vehicle from Pennsylvania to Minnesota, there were several times that I made contact with the driver. He was always available to answer my questions, and always reassured me that he inspected the car every 200 miles to ensure that nothing had moved. Upon reaching the destination, the transporter (driver) carefully drove the vehicle from the enclosed carrier and parked it in front of the garage. He went over the sketch with me that had been completed at the time of pick-up, to ensure that no damage whatsoever had occured. None did!! I would definitely do business with this company again, and the actual driver was cordial and professional.
