After I submitted my credit card number so they could take their cut of the transport cost, I was never able to talk with them again. They had promised the driver would be in touch with me, but that never happened and the pickup date came and went without a call. I have left approximately 5 voice mails however, not one has been returned. I cannot even talk with them to have my credit charges reversed.

On March 23 I had organized this pickup for April 1st which I thought was sufficient time to organize transportation, and have yet to get any 'real' confirmation about the actual transportation.

This customer posted this review before we even had a chance to ship his car!! Please note that he left our company a negative rating on the 2nd, one day after his estimated pick up date and still well within his 3 to 5 day shipment window. This is completely unreasonable, especially since the 1st was on a Sunday, we are closed on Sundays and we called the customer when we opened first thing on Monday morning. The customer will receive his refund as stipulated in the contract and the driver has cancelled due to his remarks.
