This company is not auto trucker but telephone no. provider. They are taking your deposit of $150 and will let you sign a contract that will take a 50% of your deposit once you cancel the order.

There mode of business is, they will give you a tel. no. of a supposedly reliable tracker company that was taken probably from a telephone directory or other tracker listing.

Once a telephone no. of a tracker and a name of a driver whom they do not know also because they just get it from nowhere, There responsiblity stop and its up to you to call that driver whom you do not know also. If that driver fail to pick-up your car, they will insist that they will give you another telephone no...

This happens to me which they give me three driver and a telephone no...and all failed to pick up my car.

I demanded a full refund of my deposit and she only give me half of my deposit for the services she did not made because she said I cancel the order.

I also notice, that this company is being run by one person in the name of Dianne. She is the customer services, an accountant, a sales person and everything because it is she who only answer once you call this company. Take a look of her email, and reply's. You will notice that there is something fishy.

This is her business, Pls. do not use this broker as an auto relocator. who provides a name and a telephone of a driver that do not show-up. Naturally you will cancel your order and she will take your 50% deposit easily. This is her business. A telephone no. provider and not an auto tracker relocation provider.

Pls. think twice before submitting your signed contract with this company.

This is what happens when good customers go bad! This customer scheduled pick up on the 5th with a 10 day window for pick up, he signed and agreed to this in his contract. Our driver went to pick it up on the 12th, and was told the order had been cancelled. We provide all our customers with the drivers name, license, and insurance info as well as his phone number. At no time did Mr. Vila state he was having trouble getting in touch with our driver, rather, our driver had difficulty contacting him which is why I kept giving Mr. Vila the drivers number so he could contact him directly and schedule a time. I called Mr. Vila numerous times on Friday the 9th as well to set up a time for that Monday only to be yelled at, humg up on, and cursed at yet I still sent my truck out there to get the car expending fuel and time. After Mr. Vila failed to meet my driver he emailed in his cancellation and was refunded promptly.
