What started out good quickly went bad. I arranged pick up of my vehicle and was told what day that it would be here. I waited and waited and nobody came. It was up to me to call to find out what was going on. Their driver never called me nor did this company. I had to again wait the next day (and cancel a doctors appt for my kids) to find out (once again by me calling them) that this company wasn't going to be picking up my vehicle. Prior to this, my Mother-in-Law (who we were shipping the vehicle to) called them and paid the whole fee up front (which was an acceptable payment) $150.00 deposit would be charged first and then $400.00 to be charged once the vehicle was dropped off. My MIL got a call from the driver stating that she need to have $400.00 in a check or money order or the truck would be taken back. This came as a shock to us. We spent all morning calling American Auto Relocation Professionals leaving 8 urgent messages for them to call us back. They finally called us back and I was told that they didn't get an approval code from the credit card company. I then asked her why they didn't call us to inform us of this. Their customer service is horrible. Diane then proceeded to hang up on me on two occasions. I was treated with such disrespect!!!! Diane instantly got defensive with me and wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to tell her. I was treating her with respect and kindness and she hangs up on me. On top of this complaint, I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and several other places. I'm sorry that they treat their customers this way. With my husband being in the military, we use auto relocation services often. Please beware of this company. A great company doesn't treat their customers with such disrespect.

This Car was shipped and delivered according to the customers contract that they filled out themselves! They only authorized a deposit on their credit card and when they needed to change that, legally I had to get a new authorization from them with their signature. This is the proper and ethical way to handle credit card transactions and the customer did not want to comply with the regulations set in place to protect them. She CURSED at me, and I hung up on her. She called again with foul language and I instructed her to call me when she was more calm and could speak reasonably. The bottom line is that the customer is complaining because they wanted me to do an unauthorized charge on their credit card and I said no. Their car was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion with no damages. I think this complaint is completely unfounded.
