From the first contact with A.A.R.P.(not the senior citizen organization), I felt that I would be treated right. Dianne took my information like a professional, asking very specific questions that made me feel she was going to find the right mode of transportation at the best price. Believe me, I shopped around and she was the least expensive. She kept in communication with me by phone and by e-mail and even followed up after delivery. I have given her four (4) other vehicles to deliver from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Virginia and recommended the company to my mechanic, who is also pleased with the service, and every car has been picked up and delivered on time. The drivers have all been polite and informative, giving me a "heads up" on delivery time. All the vehicles were delivered without damage. I will always give this transport company my business and recommend them without hesitation.
