Booked my move about 14 days in advance. I told them i needed it picked up no later than june 22. They told me that was "NO PROBLEM" I called them on wed june 18 to see when it was going to get picked up and they said that they would call me tomorrow and let me know. I recieved no call on thursday june 19. I called friday june 20 about 10 times leaving messages on every voicemail with no answer. I called 40-50 times on sat june 21 and sun june 22 leaving about 15 voicemails. I also emailed about 5 times. I also called about 15 times on monday june 23, still with no answer. On tues june 24 they fnally decided to answer the phone. They told me that my pick up window was june 19-26. After I told them that i needed it picked up no later than the 22, she told me they never told me that. The best part is that when i told them i needed to cancel my order they told me i had to cancel it in writing. It does not say that anywhere in the contract. On wed june 25 the driver of the truck called me for pick up of the car, they never even bothered to call him to let him know that i cancelled. This is the worst company ever. I am going to write to every site and to the BBB. They sould drop the professionals off of the end of their name.
