Worst Cusomer Service Ever Experienced!!!!!!!!!!

They were sweet as can be and assured me picked up October 15th and someone would call 24 hours ahead. Then we signed the contract and gave the 150.00 deposit and the nightmare began. We called over a two week period to be talked rudely to and to be given a number for a driver that never answered. Oh course the drivers number was long distance to never answer. Then Diane got rude with my Dad stating she had 30 days to take care of this. We didn't mind the time we just wanted to make sure they were still trying to schedule. This whole month calling 1/2 the time they would never pick up. They never once emailed or called to keep us updated. Finally Thanksgiving came I called and Diane said that it was cancelled. I explained we did not cancel and want our 150.00 back. She said it should have appeared on our credit card and she did not charge a cancellation fee. Then I just received an invoice being charged 75.00 cancellation fee and 30.00 charge back fee. PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I really like the responses to these ratings. The company always seems to blame all of us who trusted their company pretty funny to me. I am sure when they respond I will be lying just like all the other reviews.

Another case of an unhappy customer who has decided to try to punish us by telling lies!! We had a problem with the truck that this was assigned to, he was running late and the customer was unhappy. Then, we get a letter from the customers credit card company that they have disputed the charges and cancelled the account. When the customer called in we explained that the order had been cancelled when they disputed the charges on their credit card. They were upset and claimed they never put a dispute through. If a customer cancels through us, that is one thing, but going behind our back and cancelling the charges on the credit card while still trying to get us to ship the car is sneaky. Also when a credit card is disputed, there is a dispute fee that is charged to us. If the dispute is resolved in our favor or if we refund the customer, the customer then becomes liable for that fee, which is what has happened here. Once the customer saw that, she decided to post this review. There is absolutely no truth to the claims of a civil suit, that is just ridiculous! This customer said that just to cause trouble for my company and now that has to be dealt with through the legal system and our attorneys since this review site does not handle customers making false or defamatory statements. All this over a customer who had a right to be unhappy about the timing, but made the situation worse by trying to get a free shipment by reversing their credit card and then not telling the whole truth on this site.
