Finally refunded!

My car was never picked up, so I requested a refund many times over 6 months. It took a complaint to the BBB of SE FL to get action. After that, I did not need to constantly hound Eli at American Auto Moving. Instead a new employee in customer service, Brenda Garcia, took over my complaints to Eli. Within 2 weeks she had called me to understand the situation, refunded the money to my credit card, and followed up to make sure everything was in order. She definately gave the company a compassionate heart that it had been missing before her arrival.
