I have a much different story. I purchased a vehicle in December and after paying my deposit to American Auto Club Shipping the seller and I were bombarded by transporter/drivers ready to pick up the vehicle. The funds had not cleared the bank on the sellers end yet, so I asked Mike and Maria to hold off on the calls. A few days later, after all was settled, the carrier picked up the vehicle and brought it to my door, through a snow storm, right on time. I couldn't have been happier. (round two) So I ended up with another car that needed to be shipped from South Carolina, I called Mike again and asked him for a quote, he responded in minutes with 2 very reasonable quotes, open and closed. I sent a "deposit" and I cued him up on pick up day and time since he was working on it "personally" . A couple days went by and there were no calls coming in from drivers/transporters, unlike the flurry of calls in December? I called mike and emailed him on many different occasions with no response. Now I've read the horror stories on here about the 28 day shipping nightmares etc..I'm not that optimistic, I act quick and came to the conclusion that this is a bad company! This ordeal started on Feb 22nd, the last contact was on March 2nd. I've emailed, called, left messages, NO ANSWER NO RESPONSE! It's now march 6th and I've gone to different brokers for quotes and I'm looking to get this wrapped up quick. I've contacted paypal to see what I can do about reimbursement and have reported it as Fraud. I've never written a review and I'm not a complainer so heed the warning! It seems like there's a lot of good brokers out there, reasonable and knowledgeable enough not to deal with idiots! SO.....
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH:
