I began doing business with this company around Thanksgiving of 2009. My car arrived in Oakland on December 8th and was available for pickup on the 11th. I was told repeatedly that there was a truck for me that would be willing to pick it up and transport it for me from Oakland to Madison, Wisconsin. In one case, Maria, the dispatcher told me that I had to paypal the company money even though I had already provided them with my credit card information. Because of this, the truck left and my car was not shipped. This occurred on December 18th. I later received an email from Maria which stated that the car would be picked up "for sure" on the 22nd. The 22nd came and went and the car was still in Oakland. I then was told in early January that they had another truck for me but when I called an hour later, Maria had no record of this and the truck apparently never existed. I eventually flew out to San Francisco, took a taxi to Oakland to get my car and drove it back to Madison myself. The worse part about it is that the company refused to pay any of the storage fees (15 dollars a day) the majority of which were incurred because of their incompetence. Had the company been honest and responsible, I would have paid a mere 60 dollars of storage fees, but instead, because of their inability to do their job with any reasonable amount of competency, I ended up paying 375 dollars.
