where to start? DO NOT USE THIS CO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! late pick up late drop and rude!!!! they damaged the roof on my land rover crushed it and then the driver would not give his INS info he refused!!! so apon calling the broker to get the info i needed ambela told me they would look in to it (and if) they saw fit they would give me there INS info! so i whent back to the broker to get it and filed a claim a month later the INS CO sent them a check to put with there $500 doller deductible and then they call me and say we have a check for $1000 for you and need you to sign a statment saying the claim is over. i said NO the damage to my car will take $3000 to fix!!
what is realy going on is.....the INS CO sent a check for $2500 to AMBELA and they are triying to keep it!!!!!! and only pay out $500 out of it to fix my car so let's see you take $500 out of the check and the $500 doller diducable and try to send it to me and pocket $2000? now im in a law suit with the INS CO. and AMBELA STILL WONT RETURN THE CHECK TO ME OR THE INS CO!!!!!!!!
