Everything Went Just Fine

Ambela was booked by the broker, Hilton. Nicole at Hilton was just great. When I found out it was Ambela, I checked this site and was really worried after reading the rating. I called back Nicole and she said that Hilton received no more complaints about Ambela than any other transport company. With some fear, I went ahead with the transport with Ambela due to issues with my schedule.

I don't know what to say - everything went just fine. The contact on the phone was fine, the driver who came was just fine. I should point out that I was shipping an 11-year-old Honda Civic which needed a car wash anyway and already had some dings here and there, so I wasn't shipping en exotic or anything. I watched from my office window as my car was loaded onto a small carrier, and the driver looked to me to have done a totally professional job (I'm a mechanical engineer). I know that they transfer the car to a larger transport for the cross-country excursion, so of course I didn't see the final "installation". But since there were no problems on the receiving end, I've got no complaints.

Their price was competitive, the pickup was on time, the dropoff was a little early, and my in-laws reported no problems whatsoever with the transport. They're psyched about the car, and the experience went just fine. I shouldn't have been as worried as I was!
