Terrible communication and constant false claims about vehicle pickup date. Had to pay $200 in storage fees because the vehicle was picked up late. Company would not return calls, in fact I often had to use a different phone to get them to answer my calls. Once driver arrived with vehicle I was informed that the agreed pick up date between himself and AM PM was always a specific date more than two weeks later than what I was told when I accepted their agreement. AM PM representative told me on 4 different occasions my vehicle was being picked up on the day that I was able to get someone to answer the phone at AM PM. I know the industry is competitive, but being upfront and truthful is a lot easier to plan for than consistent false promises and outright lies.
