I thought I picked a great company to ship my vehicle from Washington state to Massachusetts, on the surface they had wonderful reviews. After a couple of weeks of my vehicle not being picked up and me having to call every day several times a day to find out what is going on, and being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, I dug a little deeper and found out that a lot of people were reporting similar nightmares with this company. I ended up canceling them as they never got anyone to pickup my vehicle. Now for the past almost 3 weeks I have been trying to get my deposit money back as it's 100% refundable and they never provided any service of any kind. I talk to "John" every day and he tells me the same stories he told when I had hired them. He says oh my manager will get to that on Monday, then Friday, then Monday...etc.. Then I ask to speak to someone in accounting or his manager and he says he is the only one there. It has been a total nightmare.
