Worst service ever

First problem I had was it took 3 hours to get the car on the trailer because they driver didn't have a winch like what was said because the car was originally not running. The car was running on pick up but due to snow we couldn't get it on to the trailer. I asked if he has his winch that he was supposed to have and he said no. So I had to sit out in 15 degree weather making sure he didn't drive my corvette off the trailer. It did slip off once but luckily it was low on the start of the ramp so no damage occurred. He also had a white F350 with a bucket and dropped that off the trailer, nearly flipping it on its side because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He had to reverse back dragging the front axel on the trailer causing damage to this vehicle. I hope the owners noticed this on delivery. On delivery my vehicle was damaged and I pointed it out to the drive Tony who barely spoke English. He said yeah okay okay. I proceeded to say did you put it down on the paper so I can file my claim. He said yea its good. So I call the next day and pretty much am screwed because he didn't annotate it because he was in such a rush as he dropped it off at 7pm and I was still jet lagged so I was half asleep when I had to pick it up. He took advantage of this and got away with out having to cover the damage to my bumper.
