AmPm saved the day for me in a big way. My move was a bit odd as I was leaving the country for a few weeks and couldn't be around for pick-up or delivery. I originally planned my move with another company, and was sent into a bit of a panic as they called two hours before my international flight to tell me the truck they originally booked had been cancelled (sited that because I lived in San Francisco their truck couldn't fit on the roads so the move was too complicated and they didn't have time to arrange a tow...).

I immediately started calling anyone I could find on Google/Yahoo and AmPm seemed to be ranked highly and also had a location in SF. Vivian helped me arrange the pick-up (mind you it was a Saturday) and when I explained my situation to her, she put me on hold, called dispatch and arranged a pick-up in the following HOUR! While every other company I called gave me a 3-7 day window, AmPm was able to pick it up within an hour of my calling and prior to my flight. Truly incredible. Add to that the fact that AmPm was $995 vs other bids of $1,065-$1,500 and I would say things worked out very well.

As I was not there for pick-up, the driver got the keys from my doorman and physically drove my car to where his truck was located a few miles away (I was on the phone with him while going through airport security so he walked me through everything).

The driver then hit the early part of the delivery quote (4 days vs a quote of 4-5) and coordinated delivery with a family friend down the block. Quite the incredible service given I wasn't around for any of it.

I was also a bit nervous as the car was brand new. Delivered without a scratch in perfect condition! I owe AmPm for getting me out of an awful situation and couldn't recommend their service more highly.
