I purchased the car on a Friday evening and contracted Mike of Alpine on that same Friday evening. I requested that my car be picked up on Tuesday. Mike agreed to pick-up the car on Tuesday and have it delivered to me in Nevada within 5-6 days. The car was picked up as promised. About 2-3 days into the delivery, I contacted Mike to get a status. Mike informed me that the truck had encountered mechanical problems and because of this, the delivery of my car might be delayed. He sensed my disappointment and asked if he could call me back in a few minutes. Sure enought, in 10-15 minutes Mike called back and told me he had re-routed the truck to come directly to Nevada rather than first going through southern California. This was pretty impressive! This is a transportation company that stuck to their word.

My car arrived on the fifth day in perfect condition. The trucking equipment was first class and clean. The driver was outstanding. The care that he took in off-loading my car was outstanding. He knew what he was doing. I feel that Mik and his team at Alpine are first class. If I ever have to move anothe car, this is the company I will call. Thank you Mike.
