After being scammed by a broker (a no show with no followup communication but they kept the deposit), I contacted Alpine and shared my experience. They explained that due to my rural location, no car carrier would ever pick up my car for the price represented to me by the first company. They explained how the car carrier business worked which greatly increased my knowledge and managed my expectations. Since our discussion took place around Thanksgiving time and during winter storms, we decided that even though it was a little bit more expensive, an enclosed car carrier would be the safest for my car. Dave went to bat to find a driver willing to go to Bend, Oregon to pick up my car. He gave me his office number and his cell phone. He even communicated over the Thanksgiving holiday which showed dedicated followup. Dave kept me informed of the driver's progress from the east coast to the west coast so we had some idea of when it would arrive for pick up. The driver, Art, called the day before and let my brother know time of pickup so he didn't have to stay home all day like he had done with the other company waiting for a phony pickup. Dave said it would take about 8 days, but it took less than 5 to arrive in Minnesota. Art called me the day before and told me delivery would be between 9 AM and Noon. Then he called the next morning and told me he would arrive at 9:45 and he did! The car carrier was very nice and clean, my car was delivered in pristine condition and Art was very professional. Alpine was a very good experience for me. I definitely plan to use Alpine in the future and have already suggested to some of my friends and family to use them because they are so professional and legitimate.

I'm so thankful to have great customers like you, who clearly understand the difference between working with us and the majority of the companies out there who give the low-ball quotes and never come through. If they do it's a long painful process of initial lies, excuses and eventually up-selling you to the realistic price. We simply don't play those games and don't ever take deposits. As you explained I take the time to explain how the transport business works and answer any questions to ensure that each customer understands the whole process. I try to always put myself in the customer's shoes as when I'm looking for a service. I'm thrilled to deliver your new Subaru Crosstreck so early from a difficult pickup location during some predicted bad weather.
