After receiving many unsolicited emails from transport companies as a result of requesting an online quote, I was leery about using this type of service to move my car across the country. Every email received and each person I spoke to didn't say much other than trash the competition. I began researching reviews online and Alpine Transport Inc. consistently had positive reviews on each site I looked at. I left a message and received a call back from Dave within a couple of hours. He was friendly, informative, explained the process and was honest about the cost (and never said a word against the competition). He didn't low ball the cost and then raise it later. I called him back about a month later when the car was ready to ship and he remembered me. I was impressed. The arrangements were made for pickup, (very accommodating to our schedule) an email was sent to me with all of the information and the price was still exactly as quoted. No money or credit card was asked for up front. The car was picked up on the day and time scheduled, and was delivered a day early. The transport truck driver communicated with us as promised. On Labor Day I needed to speak with Dave and even though it was a holiday, he called me right back and answered my questions. All in all, Alpine Transport Inc. and Dave made this a painless and easy experience. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again to ship the car back to CA when the time comes.
