Chuck, Thanks for leaving a 5 Star Review and the great feedback. I always appreciate when customers take the time to do this, it means a lot to us especially from our first time customers. As we discussed right before the pickup of your classic 1963 Ford Fairlane one of the drivers for our carrier who runs this route for us suddenly passed away. This was very tragic but they did their best to juggle all the customers who were involved on that driver's truck to try to make sure everybody was taken care of as quickly as possible. You were very understanding of the serious situation and I really appreciate that. Also we had to deal with some more crazy winter weather conditions here in the Midwest as you mentioned.
