The transport coordinator was thorough and informative. The vehicle was picked up on the arranged date, though they only gave 30 minutes lead time instead of the couple hours they'd indicated. No problem though as car was ready to ship. I touched base with the transport coordinator 2 days later to check on estimated delivery date. He promptly called me with information. The car arrived at the destination on time and at the prearranged delivery location. There was slight confusion about payment (no personal checks), but the driver indicated he could accept mine anyway. That saved me a trip to the bank - and was appreciated. Overall positive experience.
