Dave Fountain from Alpine Transport Inc provided the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. He was very thorough in informing me about the process to transport the car, the cost options based on delivery dates, and the available dates to pick up the Prius. In addition, Dave was very prompt to answer any questions or give me the status update on when the truck would pick up the Prius. These days is not typical to find someone who cares about making sure your customer experience is excellent. This is the first time I use a car shipping transportation company, but based on my experience with Dave and Alpine Transportation Inc, I will definitely use them again if necessary, and I certainly will recommend Dave to my friends and relatives.

Carlos, Thanks for taking the time out to leave such a nice review, I really appreciate the positive feedback. I totally agree with you, it is very rare these days to get great customer service. I think about it every day when I'm buying something at a store, out to eat at a resturaunt or anything else that I spend my hard earned money on. It's a very simple concept, if you want your customers to come back or to recommend your services to their friends and family you must provide a great memorable experience.
