Chris was extremely professional and responsive from the first time we spoke until delivery of my vehicle. In fact, Chris went well beyond routine customer service. The seller from whom I purchased the vehicle was an exceedingly difficult person resulting in delay and complications with the vehicle pickup in California. Chris was persistent in contacting the seller and promptly kept me apprised of the status, offering me his cell phone if I sought to contact him off hours. Once the vehicle was picked up in California, Chris provided me with updates during the cross country trip. Alpine was great and Chris was even better.
