When we first spoke you were doing a lot of research and had many questions about how the whole transport business works. You were also very aware of all the dishonest brokers, games and gimmicks out there. I'm pleased to have done everything I said in the beginning and yes honesty is the most important thing to this business and any other for that matter. I'm glad we were able to catch the crack in the side mirror and told your salesman before loading the car.
