excellent service, communication

Dave was great in helping book a carrier and, more importantly, excellent in following up with me by phone, e-mail, and text afterwards. Our initial target price of $1300 didn't seem to attract carriers to my "remote" pickup location, but Dave was then able to book one for $1400 total. I was not charged a deposit by Alpine until the carrier was confirmed. The carrier was a few hours late past the carrier's stated pickup time, and Dave was very helpful that Saturday in communicating with the carrier and with me. The car was delivered in good condition ahead of schedule, and Dave followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything went okay. I haven't experienced excellent customer service like this in a long time.
