I contacted Alpine Autotransporters to have a 1994 Jaguar XJ6 which was NOT running because of an electrical problem other than that the car would move no damage to the car requiring any special equipment , just a wrinch..I was told by Brad that it would be from 6-10 days for them to transport the car from Naples , Fla up to Orange Park, Fla about 350 miles .

The company that has the vehicle said that they recieved a phone call from Alpine and that Alpine was going to called them within 5 minutes ,Alpine didn`t call back. I called Alpine on Wednesday to check on how things were going -only to be told that they were still looking for a truck , I gave Alpine the phones numbers again for where the car is at , Brad told me that he would give a call ,I checked with the copamy that has the car before they cloesd for the day and was told that Alpine never called them.a week in to dealing with Alpine I called to check when the car would be picked up and was told by Brad that they had NO idea as to when as they were still looking for a truck to transport the car.

I called and Alpine and cancelled my order with them and asked for my money back which was paid in FULL up front and was told that it would take a week before I recieve my money back.

I called another auto transporter copmany and was told that I just have to leave a deposit and once the car is brought up to me then I would pay the rest to the driver, within 3 hours of contacting the company they had a driver ready to move the car for me
