3 damaged vehicles. Horrible company if your vehicle gets damaged.

We had 3 vehicles damaged recently on 3 different shipments.

Alpine obviously subcontracts the trucking to just anyone because the damage is just way to frequent for the amount of shipments we have done. They obviously have low end carriers pick up the vehicles.

He had the rear end of a 2012 SRT Jeep damage last month. This month we had a $3800 damage done to the back end of a Lincoln Navigator. A few weeks ago one of their sub contractors took out the side of our 2009 Mustang with enclosed carriage. It's absolutely ridiculous.

With that said we were a frequent client of Alpine. Let me tell you when things are good they are fine.

IF YOU HAVE DAMAGE FORGET IT. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. THE COMPANY PRINCIPAL HANDLES CLAIMS AND HIDES BEHIND EMAIL TO AVOID DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. MY SALESPERSON EVEN ADVISED THAT YOU ARE BEST TO EMAIL BECAUSE THE COMPANY PRINCIPAL NEVER CALLS CUSTOMERS BACK.

If you want to see the kind of deliveries they do contact me. I will gladly send pictures of smashed vehicles courtesy of Alpine.

My last vehicle that got damaged they never reimbursed me anything even though they have BOL's showing no damage to the side of car on pickup and significant damage on the BOL upon delivery. Just pointless emails from the company principal Cindy Beecher making excuses.

This is a just a friendly heads up to all considering Alpine. If you have damage prepare to eat the cost of it and prepare for a nightmare experience with a company principal that wants absolutely no telephone contact with clients.

This review was given by a dealership that doesn't own the vehicles described in the review, therefore they have no right to any of the information they have said was not given to them The vehicles were shipped overseas without being repaired and we have attempted to contact the owners directly.
