Worst Customer Service ever

I paid in full upfront to have my van shipped to Hawaii. Once I paid and my van was picked up I could not get anyone to give me a status update on my vehicle. I emailed Dave and he kept saying he would check and get back to me, but never did. My van finally arrived in Hilo on a Matson ship. When I went to pick it up(this was an hour and a half drive one way for me) Matson would not release the van to me because they said the shipping charges had not been paid. I wasted over 3 hours. I called Allied and they said they would work on it and get back to me. Someone named Bobby supposedly from their accounting dept and gave me a run around. Everyone else left for the day, he didn't have access to the company credit card, etc. This was on a Thursday (the van had arrived on Monday). He assured me he would straighten it out the next day (Friday). The next day came and Bobby could not get it paid. He assured me he would have it straightened out on Monday. I told him to call me when he had paid the charges because I did not want to waste another 3 hours going to pick it up if it wasn't ready. Manday came and went and no contact whatsoever from Bobby or anyone else at Allied. I called Matson myself on Tuesday and they said the bill was now paid and I could pick up the van. On Tuesday AFTER I was already on my way to pick up the van I got an email from Bobby and he said he checked and I hadn't picked up the van yet and wanted to know why.. I told him that he was supposed to contact me on Monday to let me know he had paid the bill but he never did. I asked why he didn't contact me. I am still waiting for an answer, My van sat at the dock for a whole week before they paid the bill and I could pick it up.
